Virginia alloted $15 million for the program. Unfortunately it was not enough and within 14 days the program was filled and suspended. Which leaves everyone who did not reserve a spot in the program hoping that Virginia will add more money, but given the economic downturn in the state, that is not likely. There is still a Federal Tax Credit of 30% of the total installation costs available to everyone, regardless of whether they have a political connection or not.
